Should you experience any concerns with your products, please email contact@beautybylaurajayne.com (within 7 days of the date of your order delivery).

Please note products must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused, with all labels and original packaging.

It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive to us.

Please remember to include your full contact details and address.

Refunds can only be made to the original card (or bank account) used to make the purchase via Google checkout. We never refund an order placed with us to a different card or bank account.

If you find a fault or defect with any beauty product you have received, we will either exchange the item or refund your purchase accordingly.
